Gravitas is a residential design firm servicing clients with creativity and attention to detail.
Some of the services we offer are:

· Custom residential design: We start with your ideas and images and create a unique home design   for your individual criteria.

· Construction document preparation: Working with the custom design, we create the documents for   the builders and building department.

· 3D renderings and 3D animations of your projects: Visual aids for a better understanding of the   project, interior or exterior. Applications may include: pre-sale advertising of speculative homes,   communication with lenders and developers or submittals to homeowners associations.

· Site analysis, animated sun study, 3D interactive models: For solar calculations and shading design.

· Scale model building: Hands on interaction with site and home.

Most of our clients come to us with a vision of their future home. We work with these individuals through a design process that draws their dreams out on to the table. This is the palette we work with to design the home as a team. The design refinement continues as we work together through the Design Phase towards the final design. Once we have the final design we move into the Construction Drawings Phase in which our team develops the engineering, details, and layouts necessary for the contractors to build the home.
