· 3D renderings and 3D animations (fly arounds) of your projects: Visual aids for a better understanding of the   project, interior or exterior. Applications may include: pre-sale advertising of speculative homes,   communication with lenders and developers or submittals to homeowners associations.

· Marketing: We work with builders, developers and materials manufacturers across the country to present their plans and portfolios in a clean, professional manner. Our rendering and visualization tools can complement or replace outdated marketing campaigns that lack consistency. Gravitas has a complete portfolio of homes that clients can use under various programs. We can also work with your existing plans and bring a unified theme and presentation to your advertising and branding.

· Process: Most of our clients come to us with some sort of a vision of their future home. We work with these individuals through a Design Process that pulls those dreams out on to the table. As a team, this is the palette we work with to design the home.  Design refinement continues as we all work together through the Design Phase culminating in the Final Design, which realizes all of the clients wants/needs, while maintaining an eye on the buildability (both financial, and physical) of the home. Once we have completed the Design Phase, we move into the Construction Drawings Phase, in which our team develops the engineering, details, and layouts necessary for the contractors to build the home.  Here is a link to a more detailed outline of our Design Process.
