The Escalante is a 4514 SF, 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath, 2 car garage with shop area featuring an open terrace above for entertaining and relaxing.  A private elevator moves between the basement and main floor.  This plan features an all wrap around porch, complete with a cozy fireplace and balcony.  This home won Timber Home Living Magazine’s “Top Five Plans” with glowing praise. They were excited to see new and innovative design.

 The Rivanna is a 5604 SF, 6 bedroom, 4 bath home with a offset 3 car garage set into the mountainside.  This plan features an all season porch, complete with a cozy fireplace and two balconies.  A private owners suite  occupies the top floor, with an open loft looking down over the spacious gathering room and a covered porch. Another systems built home, or modular construction. This allows the homes to be built in units in a controlled environment with consistent and dry materials. The home can be built through the winter and then be assembled on site in a matter of days where the site has already been prepared.
