The Rockaway is a duplex that we designed for a client in Aspen, Colorado. The units are approximately 4700 SF and 3100 SF with an additional Acessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in the rear above the garage. Each side is unique and has comfortable bedrooms and views from outdoor living areas. This was a small infill lot and had site and city restrictions that made it a challenging, but rewarding project.
